Q. Where is the End of Song (EoS), or End of Project, marker in Apple's GarageBand?

A. Press option-z to go to the end of the timeline... it's the little left-facing purple triangle at the top of the timeline: End of Song Marker
(you may have to move the playhead to see all of it)

GarageBand version 10 icon
GarageBand version 10 makes this a bit more difficult. Not only is the marker de-saturated so that it blends in with the background, it's also partially obscured by the zoom slider GarageBand version 100 End of Song marker obstructed, hidden by zoom slider, and option-z is no longer a keyboard shortcut to move the playhead to the end of the timeline. Hopefully these things will be changed in a future update.
