Find the Right Gear: Interfaces Band & Orchestra Drums Guitars Misc Gear MIDI Controllers Mics Audio Interfaces

Q. Why has no one answered my GarageBand question?

A. The most typical reason is a useless subject line. Posts titled things such as:

Help Me!!!!
I'm a newbie
Can I do this?
It won’t work
GarageBand! (This one really slays me! Yes, we know it's a GarageBand question, we're in the GarageBand forum, DUH!)
Software?
   or
Doesn't work?

say absolutely nothing about the question. Give an idea of what the problem is in the subject line and you’ll be more likely to get responses.

Then there’s the possibility that you’ve stumped the experts.

And finally, give it time, not everyone is here 24/7, some people sleep ... give it a day or two for all the regulars to pass through the forum.

Oh yes, typing in all caps does not get your question answered quicker, it's just harder to read, and sometimes even ignored because it just screams "MY question is important, unlike everyone else's." Also using more than one exclamation point or question mark is really annoying, as are whiney posts... and jerks are often ignored completely, sometimes even blacklisted. Don't be a jerk.
