GarageBand FAQ: Snap to Grid ... doesn't

Q. Why doesn't Snap To Grid work in Apple's GarageBand anymore?

A. Snap to grid only works when you view the GarageBand Timeline in Measures, not in Absolute Time. Switch back and it will work. See the entry for displaying Absolute Time for more info.
